We’re taking part in Big Give’s Women and Girls’ Match Fund campaign this October 6th – 13th, when we aim to raise £10,000 of vital funds.
Every woman and girl deserves the chance to dream freely, achieve proudly and live boldly. In the year ending March 2025 one in eight women in England and Wales experienced domestic abuse, sexual assault or stalking, and 39% of 13–17-year-olds who had been in a relationship experienced emotional or physical abuse. The physical and mental harm of abuse can affect every area of women and girls' lives and cause lifelong harm.
Next Link is supporting national efforts to eradicate violence against women and girls, and we need your help. We act early, delivering domestic abuse awareness training and healthy relationships workshops in schools and communities to tackle misogyny, challenge harmful attitudes and equip people to create safer environments.
Last year, we supported 6,960 adult survivors and 711 children with their recovery from abuse. Through counselling, advocacy, safe accommodation and specialist children's services, we help families move towards lives free from violence and fear.
Can you help us reach our goal and double your impact by taking part in the Big Give?
Thanks to our match funders The Big Give Trust, if you donate via our campaign page during the campaign week in October, we can support more women and girls. A donation of £20 will be matched to £40, which provides 1 hour of counselling for women or a play therapy session for a child survivor. for women and girl survivors. £50 will be matched to £100, providing much needed funds for our specialist support workers to create positive experiences for children living in our safe houses, like a day out to the zoo!
If you can donate to us this year, please use this opportunity to give between 6th - 13th October and double your impact:
